How to Install Ubuntu Tweaks on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Ubuntu Tweaks is used to customize your Desktop.This tools add new features to Ubuntu.We know that customizing Unity launcher is a bit difficult for new users.Almost all users including me trying to customize Unity.For Gnome we can use Advanced settings to customize Gnome environment.

How to install Ubuntu Tweaks on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
-Open Terminal
type
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
Enter your password when ask.
After that click on Ubuntu menu and type "Ubuntu Tweak".
Open it

How to Edit Unity Settings
We can customize Unity launcher.Click on Unity settings
1.Icon Settings: This is also available in Appearance
Ubuntu settings->Apperance
2.Launcher Opacity:This is not available in default Ubuntu settings.changing 0-100 give Transparent to Solid property.
3.Auto Hide:Available in Ubuntu Appearance
4.Icon Back light:This is a new feature.We can see a square box as a background image of every apps on Unity launcher.A Orange square box.We can remove it or assign this box only to active applications. For Example if you open Firefox then this square box only on Firefox icon.
5.Dash and Panel:We can give different color to Unity launcher.3 Dash type available

Reset Button available for all options(Paper with back arrow) .
