In Netbooks and Ultrabooks we need USB disks to install Operating System.We can use Windows USB tools to create Bootable Windows 8 disk.Follow these simple steps to make Windows 8 Bootable USB Disks
1.Download Windows 8 usb Tool/Windows 7 usb tool
Important! Install reqired softwares like
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
Microsoft Image Mastering API v2
2.Install Windows 7 usb tool

3.Browse Windows 8 iso file and select it

4.Enter Next and select USB device for creating Windows 8 USB drive for booting
5.Select your Removable drive and click on Begin copying
6.Copying finished you can remove USB drive ,Reboot your computer
Press F2 or F12
F2-For BIOS settings
F12-For selecting Multiple Boot option
Select USB drive option and press Enter
Booting from USB will start soon...
