Though Facebook is quiet popular among the new generation.. it still lacks certain aspects which sets other social networking sites apart including the irritating imposal of "timeline"... Website like Orkut which is not popular now, had good customization options, like changing your theme, the background, the border and various other stuff..
How can change my Facebook background
This method only for Google chrome users because we use a chrome extension to change background.Please remind that this is visible only for you , in your computer.Other people see your profile in default style.
Install Facebook background changer
Click on Change Background
It open new Window .You can either upload new image or can select from samples .
Click on upload ( Top right side )
Drag image to that Windows ( When you click on upload it will open a pop up windows . Drag your image to than window )
Save
Reload your Facebook page
On the right side you have a option for Change Opacity , 0 - full transparent .
How to remove it
You can see a Remove picture on the current image , click on it and remove it.Then you will get default Facebook background .
