Open your Notepad and Type your messages

Then save it as text file
Example : 7chip.txt
Then create a new folder and name it example
Copy both image ( where we want to place our messages ) and text file
open Command prompt
using "cd" command navigate it to example folder
Then type this code
copy /b Sunset.jpg + 7chip.txt Sunsetm.jpg
