Ubuntu , one of the most used Linux Distribution in Home / Office segment , has announced next major version 13.04's release date. According to there tradition Ubuntu 13.04 will supported upto 2014 October. Every Two year they release Long Term Version , Ubuntu 6.04,Ubuntu 10.04 and Ubuntu 12.04 are LTS but Ubuntu 7.04,Ubuntu 9.04 ,Ubuntu 11.04 are not LTS , if they follow this Ubuntu 13.04 is not a LTS version. But they changed there plan after Ubuntu 12.04 release. May be it support until 2017 or 2018( we are not sure).

First Alpha : 2012 December 1
Second Alpha : 2013 February 7
First Beta : 2013 March 7
Final Release : 2013 April 25 Thursday
All most all LTS release happened in Thursday's ..11.04 released in 28 April 2011 and 12.04 in 26th April 2012 Thursday..Same way Ubuntu 13.04 will release on Thursday 25th April 2013.

Unity 7 : It is already started , Ubuntu 12.10 will have version 6.6 or higher so we expect 7 in Ubuntu 13.04
